Sushi Girl
He is first seen at the Correctional Facility. Fish sees him and he enter enters the car. He drives Fish to the Duke's place. Fish asks him a question but he doesn't respond.
He is then seen escoting Fish inside. He then leaves as Duke commands him.
Later he is seen filling the police van with gasoline, at some point in the film he had killed them. The Henchman looks at Sushi Girl as she exits. He gives her a signal as he throws a lighted cigarette into the van, causing it to explode.
Relationships
He is secretly working for Sushi Girl.
Like the Sushi Chef, he works for Duke.
